1. General Terms

These terms of service govern the use of the MarcusMarine website and the purchase of products. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Prices

All our boats are manufactured in Saaremaa from quality materials. Prices and technical specifications may change without notice. Please inquire directly for exact prices and availability.

3. Orders and Payment

We process orders after confirmation of price quote. Payment is made by agreement either as advance payment or after delivery.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV)
• PayPal (international customers)
• Wise (formerly TransferWise)
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

All payments must be completed before boat delivery, except in pre-agreed cases.

4. Delivery

We offer transport throughout the Scandinavian region. Transport costs are calculated individually depending on distance and boat size. Delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks.

5. Warranty

All boats have a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to normal wear or misuse.

6. Returns

Since boats are made to order, returns are only possible in case of manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt.
